| Shri Narendra Modi at My Maninagar Home for Uttarayan |
I had been waiting for the most awaited hat-trick of the decade. But when the counting took place today, I was present at the Electoral Ballot where the counting was taking place live and constant ups and downs were looking forward with the pandits & news channels speculating the final verdict.
The few so-called pandits were trashed with the final result and the news channels went wrong in the congress face. They expected more congress seats than the final count. Nevertheless, it's a hat-trick for the man who has been emerging at the peak with only progress and development for the state and it's people over the past 12 years. Congratulations, Narendra dada for the elephantine win.
The question that now keeps hitting my head is Narendra Modi the person for the Party president post? Is he ready to take BJP in the centre? Can he show the same progress and development for India & Indians as the Prime Minister? With such huge debates going between the country's senior most & veteran politicians, my heart only says, "YES".
I have been associated with him for a long time now. I have known him at a personal level and I know how he responses to a certain extent. He has grown in all forms. I am proud and happy to be associated with him and I genuinely feel good when Shri Narendra Modi calls me 'Shashwat Beta'. Its the bond that talks in such casual way.
How down to earth can a leader be even after the gigantic power for nearly 17 years? After the win, it was quoted in TOI that Narendra Modi went to greet Keshubhai Patel and get his blessings for the 3rd consecutive run. That's gratitude which a powerful person generally lacks in.
